| Location Comment | Our units are in the Peppermill Ridge complex on West Missouri St. Immediately adjacent to the ATSU campus and only a half mile from Truman. A beautiful wooded setting in town but with a private, more "out-of-town" feel. Heading north on Osteopathy from the hospital, take your first left turn after passing the hospital (at the bottom of the hill) and our units are just ahead on W. Missouri. You can't miss them!! | Description | Last year, all of our units were leased for the 2008-09 year by early December 2007. For anyone anticipating medical school or needing a lease beginning summer 2009, we have one excellent unit still available. Other units will be available June 1, 2010.Some units are now scheduled to open up June 1, 2009. We believe our condominiums represent the finest rental experience in Kirksville. They are newer construction, extraordinarily well equipped, carefully maintained, and smartly designed. You have nearly 1600 sq. ft. of living space. With full baths connected to each of three bedrooms, these units provide plenty of space for three people. Full bath connected to EACH bedroom allows for unparalleled privacy and convenience. All rooms have cable TV and telephone jacks. Note also that you will have easily accessible landlords. I am a Truman professor and my wife and I have only the units at Pepper Mill Ridge. Problems are addressed immediately. You won’t be lost in the shuffle. If you are a Truman student, please stop by my office if I’m in or call 660-341-5218 (cell) or 660-627-8819 (home). My office phone is 660-785-4098. We border the A.T. Still University campus, so for that population this is about as good as it gets--a tree-lined "out of town feel" that is a 4-minute walk to the campus. You can find other ways and places to rent in Kirksville, but we believe you won’t find a better one than this. The only thing we ask is that tenants treat the property in a manner consistent with the quality of what they’re getting.
